Dissemination & exploitation actions

All partners have agreed to sign a collaboration agreement letter declaring that all innovative on-line tools and services developed under the "ONLI" project during the project's duration will operate in the local computer infrastructure and will be offered to European SMEs through the ONLI home page via interlinking.

After the end of the project the above tools and services will continue to be offered via the same Web infrastructure but they will also be integrated in a single software package (a CD) to be distributed to all partners, granting the right to be used in each partners web interface.

Also all partners will join efforts for the dissemination of the services offered to the maximum number of SMEs possible.

The objectives of the dissemination actions are:

• To familiarize SMEs and interested parties with the benefits of the innovative tools and services offered by the ONLI web-site.
• To exchange experience and knowledge with other intermediary organizations, with the aim to further expand and integrate additional services to the Virtual one-stop-shop (ONLI web-site) for the European SMEs.
• To transfer technologies and on-line services within and across European regions.

The dissemination actions will include:

• Promotion material in the form of newsletters, group e-mails, leaflets etc. to be addressed to SMEs. (A target of 5000 SMEs to be initially informed for the ONLI web-site is set)
• Presentation of the services and the site during relevant conferences and events.
